Street Performance: Around The World in a Day

Melanie Fiona made waves when she opened for Kanye West on his 2008 European tour -- she hadn't even released an album then. While visiting different countries and experiencing the art and culture of each city, I was inspired to collaborate with some of the very talented artists and musicians I met along the way. Together, we recreated songs off my album as live street performances.

When I made this album, I knew I wanted it to be something that would bring people together from different cultures and backgrounds. Not only have I been blessed to see that happen along the way, but my album has become my bridge to the rest of the world.
