Three/21 Media (Rik, Nancy and 'em) got this series of short videos they dubbed "Inside The Craft". It's a behind the scenes of sorts, only it doesn't necessarily leads to an end-product, like say, a video or an album. Three videos have come out so far. The first one follows The Wire and Heroes actor Jamie Hector as he goes thru rehearsal of a play he's producing with some Brooklynites kids he's been mentoring.
