It's finally here. I've been hyping this tape from Rukus and as expected it doesn't disappoint. The Hunger sets off a busy year for the Texan (of Nigerian descent) as he endeavours to make further headway on the hip-hop scene and, at the same time, gain a foothold on the Naija music scene. In that respect, The Hunger makes perfect sense. What you get is Rukus over original production (from the likes of Kid Konnect and Eldee), Rukus-featured remixes of Naija hits, Rukus freestyles and Rukus over stalwart beats from Kanye or Boi-1da
